Overall Vision and Goal: We believe that the family is the mainstay of society by providing in-kind and material assistance to needy families, educational programs for widows, women and children, women's empowerment, medicine, and through humanitarian projects that unite orphans with their mothers. All this within local, Arab and international partnerships to make an impact on the lives of disadvantaged families. AlGhina Ngo focuses all its efforts on the needy, from widows and women, orphans and children, to the elderly and those with extraordinary capabilities to secure a decent life and build a cohesive society. Education: Success in life starts with a good education. However, there are millions of children and youth who are forced to leave education, either due to financial or life circumstances, which affects their future in finding a profession. We are fighting to build the foundations that future leaders need today by paying school tuition fees and other educational supplies that ensure children have a strong start to grow up and become leaders who thrive in their work field. Financial security: Societies around the world, individuals and families, suffer from financial distress due to poverty, unemployment, natural disasters, wars, etc... which prevents them from leading a decent life. We are fighting to help each individual take the path towards financial empowerment through financial aid, debt repayment, job creation within our humanitarian projects, training on new outlets that allow them to change their field of work. Empowering women: Women face some social and economic obstacles, which affect their real role in building society and future generations. Therefore, we are working to provide greater opportunities for women to obtain the resources they financially need through in-kind assistance and by increasing their educational capabilities so that they can take care of themselves. Medical Aid: When it comes to health, the condition of a person should not materially affect the improvement of his health. However, every day we find people who cannot afford to take care of their health. Here comes our role to pay the medical costs of the needy, such as treatments, surgeries and medicines, so that everyone can enjoy health. AlGhina is a Lebanon-based Non-Governmental Humanitarian Organisation (Ngo) founded in Beirut in 2001 with its Head Office based in Beirut, Lebanon and officially registered (21 a/d). Since 2001, AlGhina Ngo has been working to help the less fortunate from orphans, widows and families in need. We are sponsoring more than 25,000 people financially, educationally, medically, emotionally and psychologically. A wide range of donors and partners support the work of AlGhina Ngo. In addition to individual donors, AlGhina Ngo has worked and received funding from different governmental and international aid bodies such as the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief), the Lebanese Food Bank, the Kuwaiti Food Bank, and other development agencies. Also, AlGhina Ngo works with other International Non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and implementing agencies on the ground. AlGhina Ngo has been responding to natural disasters and complex emergencies since its creation, and we have increased its efforts towards displaced populations and has acquired extensive experience in dealing with refugee crisis and displaced population. AlGhina Ngo has an extensive experience of implementing relief and humanitarian projects in Lebanon.

Initiated as a social entrepreneurship movement in Lebanon in late 2019, then ard, supported the civil society and launched a series of events. Initiatives developed solutions for social challenges and governance through entrepreneurship activism. On Aug 4, 2020 in an urgent response to the Beirut blast, ard·kon started to develop an independent crowd-support platform. The platform enhances the engagement and trust between the international community and less institutionalized relief initiatives. We provide a technological eco system and fundraising models to increase the opportunities of grassroots participation for an accelerated recovery. Our services aim to support grassroots initiatives anywhere in the world, as they grow to become the branches of society, economy and environment; locally and globally. We believe in the responsibility for grassroots actions to be transparent, visible and supported, which therefore became the core pillars of ardkon’s work and advocacy.
Description: When presented with a contextual need for innovation, the best use of the human and technological resources is the management of expectations and assets. ardkon created a specific cycle philosophy as a key operation system that supports asset creation and develops a striving environment that delivers strategic outcomes. Three phases of brainstorming, planning and execution result in a minimum viable solution (MVS) for freelancers working on a task to test, sustain or scale its impact. These three phases conceptualized after a rule that allows the systematic management of a cycle based on a sequence rule of 369 – 555. 369 stands for: compassion, idealism and creative expression. 555 stands for: freedom, exploration and change. By that a short term deliverable are being created that is managed by the amount of resources dedicated to create value at and for a certain period of time. On the contrary of organic growth, the value in this system is the result of brainstorming, planning and execution coexisting and continuing each other that yields a tangible outcome. The cycle is a tool adopted to reduce and manage stress resulting in an increase in performance and creativity, redesigned to channel and divide focus resulting in an increase in drive and flexibility, developed to capitalize and scale input resulting in an increase in value and return. 1- Hourly: (assessing ideas and executing low commitment operations) a- 3 hours of brainstorming b- 5 hours of (rest, assurance, review) c- 6 hours of planning d- 5 hours of (rest, assurance, review) e- 9 hours of execution f- 5 hours of (rest, assurance, review) 2- Daily: (realizing value and executing middle to high commitment operations) a- 3 days of brainstorming b- 5 days of (rest, assurance, review) c- 6 days of planning d- 5 days of (rest, assurance, review) e- 9 days of execution f- 5 days of (rest, assurance, review) The cycle based freelancing system will be used by ardkon to ensure a competitive edge and environment in the country. Knowing that skilful and experienced personnel are more independent and will require more than a 9 to 5 to motivate them, the cycle will give ardkon a competitive edge to adapt and adopt faster than the competitors allowing us to reimagine the crowd support market like no one did before. The cycles will be documented and presented to the management and research teams that will archive them and review them for continuity. See with the ever changing circumstances that is affecting the economic world, we insist that the human asset managed well will always be the key differentiator to the success of ventures. Each cycle will start with a 33 hours cycle where we invite different freelancers to participate and the selected ones will transfer to develop the 33 days’ cycle and the left behind will either be transferred to the waiting pool or other projects.
