Description: Borderless acts as a second home for 150 children most of which are Syrian Refugees who are living in marginalized communities such as Ouzai. Most of them have witnessed harsh conditions and have gone through traumatic experiences. Besides the traditional curriculum, Borderless wants to provide them with a platform to showcase their creative talents and an alternative therapy outlet. By sharing your time and skills, you would directly contribute to introducing the children to the world of music. Activities may include singing, watching videos, introducing certain instruments, engaging the children by playing live music. As a music facilitator, you have the freedom to use any of the musical equipment that Borderless already has (e.g. guitars, recorders, piano, guitars, ukulele, cajon, oud, tabla, harmonicas, percussion items such as maracas, glockenspiel, triangle, etc.) to provide additional music classes for children who show talent and potential.
