Description: To be an Effective Team Assistant for the Ground assessment Dimension for the Tafawok Project while maintaining an ongoing communication with the Team Leader that will be appointed by the Focal Point/Program Officer and beneficiaries involved in this project. He/she must have experience in conducting some ground assessment administrative work and excellent communication skills with the beneficiaries as well as effectively working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (professionals/technical consultants). - Identifies the social and economic status of target households. - Assess households, neighborhood and building needs. - Implements the ground assessment activities. - Performs data collection and data entry activities. - Identifies micro and small enterprises in the area. - Reports the collected data effectively and efficiently. Experience: Up to 1 year working experience as a social worker and working with communities from different socio economic and cultural backgrounds. Successful Prior Experience working with a Program officer Experience in reporting, documentation and in conducting ground assessments Work experience in a NGO is a plus.
Hours Required: 50 hours (5 hours/ Day, 5 Days/Week, 2 Weeks)
