Description: The Kitchen Dietitian/Aid at Mortben ensures the preparation and delivery of nutritious meals by collaborating with the culinary team. Responsibilities include quality assurance, health and safety compliance, documentation of menu and recipe changes, inventory management, and close teamwork with chefs and kitchen staff. This role plays a vital part in maintaining food quality and safety standards within the kitchen.

Hours Required: Every Monday and Wednesday From 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m., Saturday from 7:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m., and 1 day remotely (For 3 Months)
